About the role
In this newly established role, our Accountant will play a key part in keeping the firm financially sharp and future‑focused. You’ll provide high‑quality, timely support across all aspects of our financial management, including preparing our monthly financial reports. From processing and reconciling financial information to analysing expenditure against budgets, you’ll help ensure our numbers tell a clear story. You’ll also be a trusted adviser to Partners and staff across the firm, offering practical guidance, insights, and recommendations that support confident decision‑making.
You'll be reporting to and working closely with our Head of Finance and Business Operations, keeping them in the loop and collaborating to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What you will bring
We’re looking for an Accountant with a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, ideally with a CA or CPA qualification and at least four years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage, but not essential.
To thrive in this position, you’ll bring advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of accounting concepts and software. You’ll be organised, able to prioritise a varied workload, and comfortable working under pressure, bringing a proactive and adaptable approach to your work.
