Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and receivables; identify discrepancies and implement controls.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
CA Inter / CMA Inter / B.Com with 5 years in branch accounting (services/retail preferred).
Tally Mastery: GST-enabled, multi-user setup, cost centers, branch transfers, e-way bills.
Excel Expert: Advanced functions, macro , Power Query, dashboards; ability to automate MIS from raw data.
Dynamic mindset: Proven adaptation to tech shifts (e.g., from desktop Tally to cloud ERP).
Strong in MIS/P&L: Monthly preparation with KPIs like branch EBITDA, cost variances.
GST/TDS expertise, PF/ESIC compliance.
Soft skills: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, collaborative for cross-team reporting.
Preferred:
Experience in Multi branch Business
Familiarity with Google Workspace for shared reporting.
