Key Accounts Manager - Lending partnership The successful candidate will work directly with the senior leadership team. The role involves managing strategic lending partnerships for the company for increasing the growth of the company.Ideal Candidate :- Ability to thoroughly analyze business products and value proposition and put these into strategic thinking towards alliances & partnerships- Continuously manage and deepen partner relationships- Data driven decision making, excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations- Identifying the needs of other companies, their decision-makers and structuring partnerships accordingly- Skills allowing to self-manage and self-improve without a need of constant monitoringJob Responsibilities :- Manage strategic lending partnerships for the company for increasing the growth of the company- Managing and developing relationships with key accounts- Liaison with product and tech team to get the onboarding of lending partners- Managing existing relationships with existing B2B clients- Providing existing clients with relevant MIS, PPT, Partnership brochure; reports to build transparency for existing, new and prospective B2B relationships- Foster a collaborative relationship between tech team, business team and other teams - Help develop processes to ensure orderly, predictable execution of deliverables.Required Skill Set :- MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1 college or CA degree- 5+ years of experience in account management and strategic alliances.- Experience in NBFCs/Banks with good understanding of lending ecosystem.
