Job Purpose: The Organisation is a wholesale and manufacturing of readymade garment mainly focused on B2B Business. The organisation has its operations spread in Mumbai.
Accounts Executive provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping. Also responsible to maintain the office routine accounting task and keep it running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Vendor Invoice Booking and Payments in Tally ERPValidate Invoices received for compliance as per GST, approved purchase Rate and approvalResponsible for effecting payments of approved Invoices thru NEFT/RTGS,Responsible for daily filing of invoices and payment vouchersLiaise with banks for day to day banking operations.Responsible for preparing calculations of Statutory Payments like PF, ESIC, PT and TDSResponsible for preparation of monthly MIS of Sales, Purchases, Outstanding Debtors with agingResponsible for maintaining Petty Cash – disbursal, replenishment and accounting entryResponsible for preparation of Monthly Bank and General Ledger ReconciliationResponsible for basic preparation of Accounting Schedules for Statutory/Tax AuditResponsible for preparation of basic calculations for GST Returns workingUnderstanding customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;Managing the day-to-day operations of the officeSorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Requisite Skills:
Good knowledge of Accounting Entries
Working knowledge of Tally ERP data Entry
Good interaction and communication skills
Desired Skills:
Must be self-motivated.
Can work under pressure.
Ready to take more responsibility and grow in career.
Education:
B.COM /M.com/ CA inter preferable
Relevant Experience:
1 years’ plus experience in Accounts handling.
CTC per annum:
2.50 – 3.00
