Makes Accounting entries, Tally entries, bills entries
• Ensures proper recordkeeping
• Checks bills of material and contractors
• Prepares debtors and creditors monthly statement
• Prepares Summary & challans for tax payment
• Checks invoices of vendors; generates invoices for clients
• Assists in preparing bank reconciliation statement
• Assists in Tax & Vat Audit & prepares monthly statement of site reports
• Performs daily banking activities & any outdoor activity related to accounting
