Our client is an International Reinsurance firm who is growing their presence in Bangalore and is searching for Branch Operations specialist to join their regional team.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities Will Include
Responsible for the overall performance of the team including governance, operating model, project and program delivery, people management. Prepare management reports and performance analysis, Expand the use of data-based applications (i.e., Foundry) to create and execute quarterly analysis reports for other finance functions. Work closely with the finance teams, wider business support and internal/external development teams to identify possible projects which could deliver material benefits to the existing Finance Framework Ensure operational excellence by developing rigorous routines for quarterly closings.
To Be Eligible For This Role You Will Require
Overall, 11-14 years of background in FPA, Technical systems Data Visualization with a Master of Finance, Accounting or Engineering. Knowledge of basic SQL, Excel, SAP, VBA, oracle, pulling and pushing data. Should have worked on technical accounting changes - USGAAP/IFRS. Experience with data visualization tools and applications such as PowerBI, Tableau, Analytic Data Models, etc. Strong senior stakeholder management experience and Strong communication ability (verbal written). Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver quality output to short deadlines and handle details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
