MUEZ-HEST is a Project Engineering Company involved in Process Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply of Plant & Machinery on Turnkey basis for Edible Oil Processing, Food Products and allied Value-Added Products comprised of Refining Plants, Solvent Extraction Plants, Oleo Chemicals Plants including Equipment for Acidulation, Fatty Acid Distillation Plants, Glycerine Plant (Pharma Grade), Bakery Shortening, Margarine plant, and Special Equipment’s as per customer’s requirement.

About the job
• Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions.
• Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports.
• Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records.
• Manage budgets for departments and projects.
• Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts, other accounts.
• Preparing the MIS Reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement and other financial reports for tracking the financial performance.
• Taking care of various statutory & finance compliance, Coordinating with Statutory & Internal Auditors & vendors.
• Manage payments & General Ledgers Reconciliations
• Manage Receivables and Payables
• Manage Income Tax filing & returns
Required profile
• Commerce Graduate, CA or equivalent are preferred.
• 5- 7 years in accounting field in manufacturing or production industry.
• Knowledge of accounting & banking procedures.
• Detail oriented with ability to find numerical errors.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, word, PowerPoint & accounting software (e.g., tally).
• Organization skills, Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Should have knowledge of GST, TDS, Provisions of Companies Act.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
