Key responsibilities:
Selected person's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
2. Document financial transactions by entering account information
3. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
4. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
5. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
6. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
7. Secure financial information by completing database backups
8. Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
+. Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and proforma invoice
10. Work on reconciliation of bank statements with data received from bank & clients
11. Work on the monthly filing of GST returns
12. File TDS returns
13. Post journals
Who can apply:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in, accounting, or finance
2. Experience with financial reporting requirements
3. Knowledge of Tally
4. Knowledge of Zoho
