Required: Accountant - AT Mumbai LOCATION
About the Company- Relocation, Mobility
Experience of at least 4-5 years as an Accountant
(Preferably from - a ( relocation or service industry)
Location - Mumbai (Mumbai Central)
SALARY - 3 – 4 lacs per annum
Accounting
➢ Booking of expenses cost center wise in tally
➢ Manage and inter-branch transactions for all clients, ensure accurate reporting, and bringing down
outstanding amount from debtors.
➢ Manage the payable accounts – verify accuracy and statutory deductions.
➢ Computation and compliance of statutory dues/filings e.g. Service Tax, E-TDS, Advance Tax, Professional
Tax. -more specifically implementation of GST
➢ Preparation of MIS on Account payables & Accounts receivables, compliances, return filings and audits,
➢ Assist in finalization & audits
➢ Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss statement, Notes & annexure thereof).
➢ Ensure timely invoicing to client including all expenses incurred by IOS consultants.
➢ Assist in credit monitoring and collections.

⮚ Assist in Vendor payments management
Documentation and Tracker management
➢ Update the client trackers
➢ Update daily account trackers for various services
➢ Assist in collections and maintain the receivable tracker
➢ Client communication for receivable and payables
➢ Client statement of accounts reconciliations
Desired qualification: Graduate, with 4-5 years for experience in accounting functions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
