Responsibilities 1. Entry of Purchase, Sales and Journal Bills 2. Entry of Debit and Credit Notes in Tally 3. To Update Bills in Excel sheet of Daily working 4. To update and maintain Purchase Bills Register 5. To follow up with Purchase Department and Cashier for Pending Bills 6. To create and issue cheques 7. To update Master Cashier Book on daily basis 8. To Generate Road Permit/ E-way Bills +. To do Bank Reconciliation on daily basis 10. To create Monthly TDS details and deposit challan 11 To provide Monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR 3B Details to Consultant 12. To Monthly Reconcile GSTR 2A with GSTR 2 13. To Enter all Branches Vouchers 14. To handle Book Keeping on Regular Basis 15. To Manage all existing Imprest Account. 16. To Prepare Monthly Stock Statement to Bank 17. To Reconcile Party's Ledger on Monthly basis 18. To pay Monthly EPF/ESI and GST Payment 1+. Misc. work to handle given by HOD and Management 20. Manage all accounting transactions 21. Prepare budget forecasts 22. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings 23. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable 24. Ensure timely bank payments 25. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns 26. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements 27. Report on the company's financial health and liquidity 28. Audit financial transactions and documents 2+. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary 30. Comply with financial policies and regulations
