Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting, QuickBooks certification, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Conduct periodic audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for financial information and reports.
• Maintain accounting records and update the chart of accounts.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Assist in tax filings and statutory compliance.
• Support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• QuickBooks certification.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proven experience in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with prioritization ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CPA or CMA designation is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with financial software systems and ERP systems.
• Experience working with USA-based companies.
