Job Profile-Accounts Executive
1. Responsible to management of corporate level accounts transactions as daily basis.
2. Make party invoices on daily basis, send it to the customer and follow-up for payment
3. Make daily MIS for finance and accounts
4. Co-ordinate with CA for the statements at regular intervals like mis, gst, tds, brs, and statement checked with tally.
5. Expertise in statutory work such as tds, gst prepared and submitted to CA within the due date periodically.
6 Finalization of all books entries like sales, purchase, receipt, payments, journals.
7. Co-ordinate with Bank for various requirements
8. Physical cash, stock, grn note and registrar audit of six month basis
+. Cash deposited reconciliation as per cash sales on daily basis. Cash & bank closing balance maintaining and petty cash vouchers rechecking.
10. Preparing the monthly reconciliation statement. (Bank reconciliation, income & expenditure reconciliation, credit card reconciliation).
11. Entry of branch sales, purchase, Payment, Receipt and daily expenses like Transportation, petty cash, purchases (like consumables, pharmacy)
12. Entry of daily expenses in tally from various branches for a month and send mail approval by MD for release of payment as cheque.
13. Maintain tds record for various branches, staff salaries, professional fees, and contractors like housekeeping charges, security charges & etc.
14. Provide GT details for GST filing
