Our Client is a marine operation simulator that assists offshore professionals with the selection of vessel, rigging, and crane capacity. The tool produces all the technical information required to develop modern offshore engineering projects. The tool is very simple to use and requires minimal training.
Position Title: Accountant.
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience: 2+ Years
Job Location: Vashi (Navi Mumbai)
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Prepare, examine, and analyses accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
· Compute taxes owed and prepared tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
· Day to Day accounting work.
· Handle petty cash.
· Complete Bookkeeping and taxation.
· Manage company’s accounts payable and receivable and other Administrative Responsibilities.
· Reviewing and Reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
Skills Set:
Tally Software (Latest Version)
Making Invoices, Eway Bills, etc.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations.
Good knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
