Job Description
We are looking for accountants for The UK and Ireland accounting process. As the UK Accountant, your responsibilities will include maintaining books of accounts of the UK clients, Finalization of accounts, Taxation, communicating with International clients, solving their queries without delay and other responsibilities as mentioned below:
What will be your responsibilities:
1) Financial Statements Preparation, Analysis & Reporting.
2) Manage UK Year-end accounts process, VAT, Management accounts, tax returns.
3) Ensure UK corporation tax compliance.
4) Ability to work as a team.
5) Interact with the client via email or phone (if required).
6) Risk Management, Client Management, Client work Delivery.
7) Quality Assurance and Control.
8) Facilitate Client Accounting & tax Compliance.
+) Troubleshooting Accounting Issues.
10) Quality of work and Client review.
11) Daily updating Time sheet & Reporting.
12) Client Work Time estimates.
13) Utilize Software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Tax Calc, Digita etc.
14) Addressing and resolving issues.
What you will bring :
• Minimum Graduation or equivalent in commerce/accounts.
• 2-6 years of prior experience into UK/Ireland accounting process OR 1-5 years of total work experience in Indian CA firm.
• Must have at least 60% marks in Graduation.
• Strong knowledge of accountancy.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to work as a team or part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Hands-on experience in MS Excel.
