Job Description: RKDF Medical College is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in accounting software(Tally ERP) and Microsoft Excel. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with budgets and audits, and ensuring timely payroll processing. This role demands strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations to support the institution's financial health.
