Responsibilities
Support the Business Management Team with Finance, HR and General Operations
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for personnel including employee changes
Review resumes and post job advertisements
Assist in company policy review and creation of policies
Assist in general ledger functions such as journal entry preparation, account reconciliation, vendor setup, etc
Gather market salary information
Assist in the financial budget and financial forecast preparation
Assist in compiling financial information for proposals and reports
Participate in general business development activities and analyze market trends
Perform financial analyses
Support pay-roll process semi monthly
Pay vendor invoices
Other duties as assigned
