Job Description
Coordinate monthly closing activities and consolidate and report financial information of FEPC & subsidiaries actual results, MTP and current estimates.
Create results analysis and enter financial data to corporate system.
Prepare consolidated reports for management reviews, submission to Corporate Accounting & Planning.
Maintain accounting master data in ERP system (SAP).
Prepare required reports for Finance.
Consolidate information and prepare government reports.
Support external, internal, and J-Sox audits and develop remedial actions for deficiencies.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries based on resulting analysis.
Support Business Management regarding activity at subs providing financial information and facilitating business transactions for credits, pricing for raw material / blends invoicing.
Undertake miscellaneous projects as directed by Manager Accounting Services in support of business groups.
