Related Construction and AIA form experience is a must
Solid knowledge of GAAP and regulations
Working Advance knowledge MS Excel and QuickBooks
Dynamic, Must possess strong working knowledge of Finance and Accounting systems and operations, including working knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase orders, payroll, income tax and banking; must be reliable and dependable
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and Multitask
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Must be reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively
Be analytical and methodical
Be hands-on to resolve problems
Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
