Minimum-6 Month

Week off- Monday
Expectations:
• Good Communication
• Advance knowledge in excel and ERP
Skills Required :
• General Accounting
• Prepared and processed documents to disburse funds and make deposits
• Reviewed and coded financial information
• Prepared weekly and monthly financial reports
• Compiled and reviewed information for accuracy
• Maintained files, and computerized accounting databases
• Analyzed documents, clearances, certificates, and approvals from local, state and federal agencies
• Knowledge of Taxation I.E. GST , TDS
• Knowledge of ERP,Tally.
• Balance sheet Schedule
Responsibilities:
• Perform daily bookkeeping and file maintenance for their clients,
• Office work and file maintenance.
• Duties like controlling, verifying, and generating invoices for suppliers
• Preparing accounts payable checks
