Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Accounting:
Record and maintain all financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks).
Verify and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
GST Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-+).
Verify GST input tax credit (ITC) claims and match with GSTR-2B.
Monitor GST liability and ensure timely payment of taxes.
Address GST notices, discrepancies, and refunds if applicable.
TDS Compliance:
Calculate and deduct TDS on payments as per applicable sections of the Income Tax Act.
File TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) on time and generate TDS certificates (Form 16/16A).
Reconcile TDS deducted with Form 26AS.
Address TDS-related queries and notices from tax authorities.
Financial Reporting and Reconciliation:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cash flow, receivables, and payables.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile ledger accounts and ensure error-free entries.
Compliance and Audits:
Maintain proper documentation of all financial and tax records for audit purposes.
Assist in statutory and internal audits by providing relevant data and supporting documents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
