Job Summery
• Accounts Executive will be instrumental in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions

• Update and maintain the general ledger

• Recording of debits and credits.

• Keep record of petty cash book records and Bank transaction.

• Generate & Process invoices.

• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Update internal systems with financial data.

• Assist Manager to prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.

• Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system

• Track bank deposits and payments

• Assist with budget preparation

• Oversee and manage all aspects of GST compliance, including filing accurate and timely

returns, and staying abreast of any changes in GST laws and regulations.

• Conduct regular reconciliations of GST accounts and ensure adherence to GST guidelines.

• Handle TDS-related processes, ensuring accurate deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS

returns.

• Stay informed about changes in TDS regulations and implement necessary adjustments

Key Skills required

• A post graduate degree (M Com/MBA in finance)

• Hands on work experience in Tally & MS Office

• Experience on GST filing & return

• Experience in TDS filing & return

• Excellent communication skill
