Job Title: Admin Executive with Accounts and Reconciliation Expertise

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Executive who possesses strong knowledge in accounts and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing financial records, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review.
Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Assist in audit preparation by providing necessary documentation and support.
Handle vendor and client inquiries related to accounts and payments.
Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on accounts and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc.) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per month
