Job Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
• Accurately post payroll entries into the financial system.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Reconcile payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain payroll-related financial reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and share MIS to the relevant stakeholders
Compliance and Auditing:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant laws, and regulations related to payroll.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Data Management:
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of financial and employee data.
Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
• Provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

· Able to retrieve information and conduct research related to project completion and job responsibilities.
· Able to think analytically.
