### Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work closely with the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and Assistant Controller to manage daily accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Keeping up with weekly cash transactions
• Leading the processing and coding of accounts payable for the holding company
• Verifying and recording payments for invoices
• Accurately recording prepaid expenses and fixed assets
• Administering management fees and expense allocations to subsidiary companies
• Assisting with intercompany transactions, expense reimbursements, and payroll
• Maintaining and rolling forward monthly reconciliations and lead schedules
• Preparing journal entries for month-end close
• Supporting treasury functions and consolidated tax return preparation
• Performing other ad hoc duties as needed
• Upholding the highest ethical standards and behaviors

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• A solid understanding of US GAAP principles
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 5%)
