Position - Accountant
Location - Bloomingdale
Office Policy - Onsite
Compensation - up to $70k base
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, financial statements, and bank reconciliations.
• Support year-end financial audits, budget preparation, and GL account analysis.
• Assist with tax reporting, fixed asset accounting, and royalty accounting.
• Process payments to domestic and foreign vendors, calculate sales rep commissions, and prepare A/R and A/P journal entries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2-5+ years of accounting experience in distribution or manufacturing (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Finance degree considered with relevant GL experience).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Bloomingdale, IL and prioritize multiple tasks.
