Qualification & Skills
· B.Com or relevant qualifications
2-4 years of accounting/finance experience
Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of MS office.
Tally ERP & SAP is a must, Facto HR or other payroll software knowledge will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
Experience in the manufacturing industry or any factory as an Accountant will be an added advantage.
Thorough knowledge of GST and returns, additionally in import and export documentation.
Able to maintain internal mail communication effectively
Knowledge in handling payroll will be added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
Complete knowledge of GST, GST R1, 3B, ITC, E way bills and invoices Monthly and Annual returns
Responsible for analyzing fiscal matters and preparing, submitting, and managing tax statements and returns for businesses and clients (Income Tax).
Handling Day-to-Day Accounting, TDS, TCS related activities
Cash vouchers Entries in Tally
Prepare & Process Weekly & Monthly salary statements to Head Office
Maintaining employee salary database confidential.
Finalization of Accounts & Statement of Accounts
Cash withdrawal from Bank / ATM for official purposes.
