The key responsibilities are to
1. Handle private limited company compliances from various industries.
2. Advising clients on queries relating to Income tax, GST, and other compliances every day.
3. Building a robust team for handling GST, Income tax, and other regular compliances.
4. Handling special assignments like Valuations, Transaction advisory, Organization structuring, Tax planning etc.
Closely working with Business Development team for scaling the company to the next level.
