Job description for JL3A (Accountant) & JL2A - OTC
• Cash Application and allocation
• Collections – connecting with customers through emails and phone
• Understanding of Credit Management
• Credit Insurance and follow-up
• Forecasting of cash flows
• Order approvals
• Other Monthly Reporting
• Good written and verbal communication
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP

• Journal entry processing
• Balance sheet reconciliation (Blackline)
• Intercompany accounting
• Month-end tasks end reporting
• Fixed asset accounting
• Inventory accounting (limited requirement)
• Standard costing (limited requirement)
• Good written and verbal communication
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP
• 2 plus years of experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience for JL2A and 2 years of experience for JL3A.

• Invoice Processing – Po and Non-PO
• Payment processing and Banking
• Vendor Query Resolution
• Employee expense Processing
Statement Reconciliation
• Vendor Clearing
• Other monthly reporting
• Good written and verbal communication
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP
NOTE: Minimum 1 year of experience for JL2A and Minimum 2 years of experience for JL3A.
• Work Location: Chennai
• Interview Location: Chennai
• Walk-in Timing: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
• Qualification: Commerce graduates (B.Com, BBA, and BBM) SAP experience is mandatory for JL3A.
• Shifts: 247
Interview Process: HR Round, Online Domain Assessment, Ops Interview, Documentation. (As there will be a domain assessment conducted, candidates can carry a calculator).
Things to remember while entering the campus
• Keep your double-dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team
• Would need to produce a valid negative RT-PCR report (72 hours) in case of single vaccination or if they have traveled between states despite being dual vaccinated
• Please wear masks, & follow Covid protocols.
Documents to Carry::
• Carry a print of your updated resume;
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proofs (PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID card/Passport).
• All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)

Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions.
