Job Description
Day to Day Tasks:
· Daily cash ledger management
· Processing supplier payments
· Assisting shop staff with POS related queries
· Cheque Processing
· Bank Reconciliation
· Credit customer account reconciliation
Weekly / Monthly Tasks:
· VAT filing and reporting
· P&L Report
· Physical inventory - stock checking
· Processing staff salaries
· Cash Flow Management and Forecast
· Ageing /Expiry stock report and Purchase plan
Long Term Objectives:
· Implementing a continuous stock checking system
· Implementing the auto re-order system via the existing software
· Implementing staff attendance system
· Creating a detailed costing system for the Bakery and Restraunts
Qualifications / Traits:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Related discipline
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Previous experience in a supermarket or retail store is not needed but would be ideal.
· Able to and Wants to live outside India for 2 years trips.
