Ensuring All Data Entries on time in SAP – Bank, Cash, Journal, Receipts. Accounting & maintenance of all vouchers up-to-date.
Manage end-to-end administrative activities & office coordination, which includes handling all kinds of queries related to the sales offline and online, customers queries and vendors.
Handle all Admin registers, trackers, documents, folders, PO generation etc. Responsible for Cheque receipts and deposits into the bank.
Responsible for proper accounting of GST, TDS TDS Deductions. Responsible for Verification of Staff’s Expenses/reimbursements Bills as per Budget Policy. Responsible for taking care of Cheque Books, Deposit slips, DD Challan & other relevant Challans & Forms.
