Job Description
- Maintaining financial records.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Checking invoices.
- Entry of Purchase invoice, sales invoice, credit notes, debit notes
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger and ledger reconciliation
- Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
- Bank records entry
- GST Monthly reports, reconciliation with GSTR2B
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Administrative work like :
a. Filing
b. Sending PO to vendors
c. Co-ordination with vendors until material is received
d. Payment follow up with client
e. Sending mail to prospective clients
f. Updating data on near sheets as per instructions
Account Officer Requirements:
- Tally Prime
- GST Expertise
- Computer proficiency
- MS Excel
- Gmail
