Full Job Description

· Monthly GST filing and maintaining payroll

· Scrutiny of Ledgers and data transferred by branches every month

· Candidate must have construction industry knowledge, should know project accounting

· Ability to deal Clients

· To maintain good Rapport with site execution team , Vendors and also have good negotiation skills

· Should have adequate knowledge about labour

· Sending payment due letters or remainders to clients and also prepare Invoices, purchase order, quotations etc.,

· Advising clients on queries relating to GST and Income tax.

· Developing and maintaining strong relationship with vendor and supplies

· Should have adequate knowledge on researching market trends and projecting construction related material price increase/decrease.

· Collaborating with project manager to develop cost-effective budget for the projects.

- Candidates Preferable from construction Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ø Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable

Ø Completing purchase orders

Ø Managing payroll

Ø Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team

Ø Assisting project budgets

Ø Completing bank reconciliations

Ø Managing vendors ledgers

Ø Coordinating internal and external audits

Ø Managing day-to-day transactions

Ø Posting daily receipts

Ø Preparing annual budgets

Ø Reporting on debtors and creditors payments

Ø Handling accruals and prepayments

Ø Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts

Ø Verifying bank deposits
