Job Title: Account Executive
• Location: Mauritius
• Salary: ₹35,000 INR per month

### Job Summary:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, assisting with accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth financial operations. You will work closely with various teams and clients to maintain strong business relationships while providing top-tier service and support.
### Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day account activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain and update financial records for clients.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client servicing and smooth financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related reports.
• Resolve client queries regarding billing, accounts, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in audits, tax preparation, and other financial duties as required.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Actively contribute to the sales process, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
### Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in account management or accounting.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
### Additional Information:
• Location: The position is based in Mauritius. Accommodation, food, and transportation will be provided by the company to the selected candidate.

Qualifications:
