Accountant Position:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commerce, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analysing variances and providing insights for financial planning.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns and managing audits.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of stock.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and profitability studies to support pricing and operational decisions.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
