About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Shree Krishna TVS, Etah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the dealership, ensuring accuracy, and providing support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
• Handle sales tax, GST, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Manage inventory valuation and reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management.
• Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure accurate financial data.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting.
• Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of GST and other tax regulations.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
