Job Description
If you have at least 5 years of Manufacturing, operational finance experience, have the legal authority to work in the United States and you are seeking a significant Finance Leadership Role, please consider the following:
• Responsibilities:Oversee all financial reporting of the business unit: Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.
• Provide support to the Business Unit Manager in re-forecasting month-end results, on a weekly basis.
• Support the Program managers in bid proposals, specifically regarding cost estimates.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of month-end closings, improving the efficiency of processes; correct any inconsistencies in the results.
• Leader in responding to internal and external audits, implementing required improvements/remediations.
• Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Serve as a senior Finance representative on Executive Business Team, making financial presentations on profitability, ROI, and suggested improvements.
• Lead the Financial portion of the Business Unit annual Strategic Plan, annual Operating Plan, and quarterly updates.
• Preparation and analysis of forward pricing rates, overhead burden rates, G&A rates and Cost of Money rates.
