Job Overview - Female Candidates Only
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting tasks to ensure the company's financial health and compliance. This role involves managing financial records, overseeing transactions, conducting audits, and providing strategic financial insights to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and general ledger updates
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Prepare and file tax returns and assist with tax planning
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Provide support during external audits and collaborate with auditors
• Implement and maintain accounting best practices and stay updated on regulatory changes
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally, MS-Excel, MS-Office, BRS, GST Filling, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Female candidates are preferred for this role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
