This includes internal and external management reporting, debt and partner compliance, interacting with operations team, lease administration, treasury, and information technology.

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated Senior Accountant to work within the Commercial Accounting group. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic work environment and demonstrate a flexible and adaptable work style that responds quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
Perform general ledger financial analysis
Cash management and cash flow analysis
Account reconciliations and preparing annual year-end projections
Analyzing monthly and year-to-date budget variances for projects throughout the portfolio
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2+ years of real estate experience, CPA preferred
Public accounting experience preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP/accounting theory
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong analytical ability
Mature professional with sound judgement and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with standard suite of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus.
