You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders on our two new brands. You will own the entire journey from product development to brand strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation and processing of invoices, vendor payments, and other billing.
• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor account balances and perform reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reporting.
Eligibility:
• Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong passion for finance, accounting, and continuous learning
