Candidates should be able to handle end to end accounts of Cooperative housing society & company.
Finalisation of Cooperative housing society & company accounts on periodically basis
Taxation Compliance of Cooperative housing society & company accounts. Should have GST , Income tax and TDS knowledge.
Liaison & coordination with Statutory auditor for ensuring resolution of their concern
Able to handle Statutory compliance of Cooperative housing society & company account
Should have good communication skills.
