Full Job Description
Candidate must have good knowledge of all accounting work, MS Office, Balance Sheet finalisation, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
Updation of day to day books of accounts (purchases, journal entries, payment, receipts, debit notes, credit notes, etc.).
Generation of Sales invoices to customers.
Timely payment of statutory dues (TDS, GST, ESI & EPF) and filing of returns (GST, TDS, etc.).
Bank reconciliation & Generation of Accounts Receivables & Payables report and timely communication to management.
Ensuring payments are made to vendors on timely basis.
Budgeting & Tax Planning.
Assisting in audit & finalization of Balance Sheet.
Updating stock and production in accounting software.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Busy & Tally (Preferred)
MS Excel (Preferred)
