Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive. As a fresher, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop a strong understanding of our business operations, commodity trading processes, and client management techniques. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to build a successful career in the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of commodities.
Responsibilities:
1. Tally Proficiency:
Possess strong knowledge of Tally software.
Proficient in raising sales invoices, credit notes, debit notes, e-way bills, and e-invoices using Tally.
2. Invoice and. Statement Handling:
Skillful in reporting purchase invoices, expense invoices, service invoices, and bank statements on Tally.
3. Tax Compliance:
In-depth understanding of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) to effectively file TDS returns.
Familiarity with TCS (Tax Collected at Source) return filing.
Thorough knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax) for accurate filing of GST returns, including GSTR 3B, GSTR 1, GSTR +, and GSTR +C.
4. Reconciliation:
Conduct reconciliation between GSTR 2A and GSTR 2B to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Microsoft Excel/Word:
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word for efficient data management and reporting.
6. ITR Filing:
Possess knowledge and skills for Income Tax Return (ITR) filing.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Details-oriented with strong organizational skills.
