Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger management using Tally.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Use Excel to analyze data and generate financial insights through formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Present financial data in PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing trends and variances.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing past performance and current financial status.
4. Audit & Reconciliation:
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data and supporting documentation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Software Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of Tally for accounting transactions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
• Preference: Freshers or experienced candidates in accounting or finance roles.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in handling financial records and transactions.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations based on findings.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to present financial insights clearly.
