About Company:
4Aces Hospitality officially registered itself in May 2026 running 5 brands in its kitty. Namely- Lyfe Kitchen, Beeji Ki Rasoi, Jaspal Di Bhatti, Sichuan Pepper House, and Meals Express. The idea was to cater to all kinds of customers with different cuisines and different offerings, positioning each differently from the other.
These brands currently only sell via third-party food delivery aggregators - Zomato, Swiggy, and newly launched online ordering websites. They officially began on August 2026 with a staff of 10 people running 14 hours a day. Within a span of 8 months, 4Aces has a staff of 35 people (including kitchen and marketing staff) and runs 20 hours a day due to increased demand and popularity. 4Aces Hospitality has steadily grown by 5-7.5% each month and operationally broken even within the first 4 months.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage all accounting transactions
2. Prepare budget forecasts
3. Publish financial statements on time
4. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
5. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
6. Ensure timely bank payments
7. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
8. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
+. Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
10. Audit financial transactions and documents
11. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct
Requirements:
1. Candidates having worked in the hospitality sector
2. Well-versed with Swiggy and Zomato
3. Working knowledge of data entry
