We are AskGrow, incorporated in the year 2026 with the vision to provide extended support to emerging businesses by empowering them with business loans to enhance their business set up.
Our firm is promoted by passionate young bankers who have been serving the finance industry for more than a decade.
We understand the requirements of banks/NBFC's and provide quality leads to banks with complete credit assessment report done by our internal expert team, which helps banks/NBFC's to process the leads in one go.
Currently we have 3 live branches at Maharashtra location and tie-up with one of the NBFC as business correspondence.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including transactions, ledgers, and journals. They ensure that all financial information is accurately recorded and organized
2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies. They prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and interpret the results to provide insights to management
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting process by preparing and analyzing financial projections based on historical data and anticipated expenses. They help management in setting financial goals and monitoring performance against budgeted targets
4. Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns accurately and on time. They stay updated on tax laws and identify opportunities for tax planning to minimize tax liabilities within the legal framework
5. Auditing and Assurance: Assess the financial health and internal control systems of an organization. They review financial statements, assess risk areas, and recommend improvements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
6. Financial Management and Advisory: Provide financial advice and recommendations to management based on their analysis of financial data. They help in identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving financial performance, and optimizing financial resources
7. Technology and Systems: Utilize accounting software and tools to automate financial processes, improve efficiency, and ensure data accuracy. They may also contribute to the selection and implementation of financial systems and technologies
