Highway Delite is the first and only free travel app designed for Indian highway travelers to make highway travel/road trips fun and safe. We are supported by the Government of Karnataka as a tourism startup and were incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. Our app provides highway travelers with all the necessary information for their road trips. We have verified 10,000+ kilometers of highways and are adding many more kilometers.
About the Internship:
Job description: We are looking for reliable applicants that prioritize efficiency above correctness. You should have a solid understanding of accounting and financial rules and procedures as well as excellent computer, oral, and written communication skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle all day-to-day accounts of Highway Delite
2. Prepare transparent and comprehensive management reports, manage several activities with tight deadlines, and work with vast volumes of numerical data
1. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
2. Hands-on experience with accounting software like Zohobooks and Deskera/Tally
3. Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables, and taxation knowledge
4. Experience with general ledger functions
5. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
6. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience would be preferred
