Karwaan International Air Services is a young company composed of young and talented individuals who have strong experience in the aviation industry. We are providing our services in the field of air charters worldwide and aircraft sales business. Since our inception in August 2020, we have generated a revenue of over INR 6 crores. About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Passing bills and processing payment advice of suppliers.
2. Monitoring expenses and inputs every month
3. Working on monthly MIS (management information system) of running and closing capex
4. Monitoring and controlling suppliers' advance payments, outstanding balances, and aging analysis
5. Working on suppliers' accounts reconciliation and obtaining balance confirmations
6. Working on inventory reconciliation- books vs distribution
7. Providing data to auditors related to purchases, consumption, etc., and resolving audit queries to the satisfaction of auditors
8. Enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, SOPs, and principles
+. Supporting other activities of accounts dept. as per requirement
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
2. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
3. Knowledge and fair working experience in e-invoicing, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word with good writing skills
4. A reasonable understanding of GST, TCS, TDS, and other direct and indirect tax law provisions for coordination with company CA regularly
5. Good team player with interpersonal skills
6. Strong conceptual knowledge of accounting
