Job Description:
Junior Accountants have the following responsibilities: Maintaining accounts receivable document bills and supporting documentation. Maintaining accounts payable ensure timely payment of invoices confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures. Updating financial records via accounting software.
Responsibility:
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Act as backup accounts payable.
Reconcile ledgers monthly and quarterly.
Month-end and year-end closing.
Work under the supervision of a Senior Accountant.
Assist in completing audits.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a junior accountant.
Excellent organizing abilities.
Great attention to detail.
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
