Company Profile: Ganpati group company is a Retail and wholesale Fashion Industry and has various branches in Jaipur.
· Job Responsibility: Expertise in Tally Prime for 1 year is MUST
Responsible to handle accounts activity such as cash, bank, assets, and various report generation in Tally Prime Software.
Responsible to calculate salary / EPF / ESI / TDS workings and full efficiency in Tally Prime Software.
Responsible for documentation – direct/indirect Receipts, Billings, customs related (import, export, etc) – preparation, filing, report, follow up, etc.
Responsible to correspond/coordinate independently with Clients/exporters/shippers / liners / transporters / overseas agents / statutory authorities.
Responsible to provide costing / estimation / quotation.
Responsible to track various statuses such as internal, activity-related, etc.
Any other job or special tasks that the company may assign from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualification B.Com.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime software.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (word, excel and powerpoint, etc).
Good Communication, Interpersonal and analytical skill.
