Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports.
Verify and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank statements.
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support the finance team in conducting audits and implementing internal controls.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Stay updated with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in ad-hoc financial projects as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
